A fun, tasty, and healthy snack kids can make!
Ingredients:
1 cup of yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
1/4 cup of granola or crushed cereal for crunch
Instructions:
Layer the yogurt: Start by putting some yogurt at the bottom of a cup or bowl.
Add fruit: Sprinkle a layer of berries and banana slices on top of the yogurt.
Repeat: Add more yogurt, then more fruit.
Top it off: Drizzle with a little honey (if you want), and sprinkle granola or cereal for a crunchy finish!
